An authentic day in London … drizzling with rain …

It didn’t dampen our spirits at all though, we had a good day walking, on the bus and finally on the tube, all before some nice Italian for lunch.

Down through Hyde Park to The Marble Arch, on to Buckingham Palace then up to Big Ben, strolled up to Trafalgar Square (we felt like we were playing Monopoly… Luckily I had my get out of jail free card with me) …, caught the bus to Harrods (and bought tea … laa-dee-dah…), had to drag Faiza out of the Egyptian room (she felt at home there), then caught the tube back to Paddington for some lunch.
