So … one of the days we were in Beijing some of the more adventurous in our group went to a local restaurant in the Hutong area to have some local cuisine …

They had a plate of “steaming hot guts” … I won’t go into detail as the name of the dish pretty much sums it up …

There was a lovely young lady “Stacey” in our group who speaks and writes Chinese and has been a great help to all of our tour group, I asked her to write down the name of the dish for you so you can order it when you bring David here:
