The Petronas Twin Towers & Kuala Lumpur Tower
Headed off to the Petronas Twin Towers in the afternoon, only to be greeted by a sold out sign … we queued up to buy tickets for the next day, only to find that it too was already sold out, the following day we leave in the morning…
So a little disheartened we walked off towards the Kuala Lumpur Tower …. many steps and stairs later we grabbed our tickets and zoomed up to the viewing area where we watched the sunset.
Batu Caves
With our trusty taxi driver, Dean, our day started with a visit to Batu Caves, a popular and iconic Hindu temple and shrine in Selangor.
We climbed over 300 steps to reach the Caves and the temples inside. A very colourful place with monkeys everywhere.
Sights, Sounds and Smells @ KL Street Food
Once checked in at The Park Royal we headed out to check out the street food …
A kaleidoscope of colour and sound with beautiful food stalls and buskers everywhere.
A huge array of foods from many different cultures, Malay, Chinese, Middle East, Indian … and more …
